“The breakfast was ok there wasn't many hot food options which I enjoyed so I skipped breakfast the last two mornings. I'm disappointed when the marketing and description for the breakfast says there is eight cuisines countries but really it's not. I travel across Oceania, Asia and Europe regularly and this was a disappointing visit, especially I enjoy eating a large selection of breakfast options.”

“I was charged again when I checked in, even though I had already paid through Expedia. The automatic check-in meant I couldn't get any help on-site and had to email you later. This made the whole process unnecessarily complicated for me. It may be convenient for your operations, but it was a terrible guest experience.”

“We stayed at the hotel for a few hours before catching our next flight. The airport shuttle service was excellent quick, well-organized, and easy to find. The room, although small, was comfortable and suitable for a short stay. Unfortunately, we did notice some issues with cleanliness: there were traces of toothpaste and a few hairs in the bathroom, presumably from the previous guest. A bit more attention to cleaning, especially in the bathroom, would greatly improve the overall experience.”
