“This Hotel, for the money paid, I will never use it again or even consider it! ”

“Il residence offre appartamenti spaziosi ed è comodo da raggiungere da ogni parte di Auckland, con negozi, supermercati e fast food nei paraggi. Non mi è piaciuto il non poter spegnere l’aria condizionata che è centralizzata e la distanza tra la reception e l’appartamento assegnatomi”

“Great place, good rooms, friendly and helpful staff”

“We stayed at the hotel for a few hours before catching our next flight. The airport shuttle service was excellent quick, well-organized, and easy to find. The room, although small, was comfortable and suitable for a short stay. Unfortunately, we did notice some issues with cleanliness: there were traces of toothpaste and a few hairs in the bathroom, presumably from the previous guest. A bit more attention to cleaning, especially in the bathroom, would greatly improve the overall experience.”

“Good hotel in downtown Auckland. Room was nice, so were the people. Wry small lobby space and we weren’t allowed into the bar because of a private event. We went down to the Marriot one block away… much nicer and bigger lobby space”

“We had a really good stay at Auckland City Hotel. The location was convenient, the room was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was a great option for staying in the city and being close to everything. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would happily consider staying here again. 😊”

“Very nice and friendly hostel. Prices maybe too high for the structure but a very welcoming way to start your journey!”

“We enjoyed the view, the laundry feature and separate bedrooms.”

“Great staying; perfect for business trips”
